Accounts are stored on this device. Each staff member must log in on their own device — accounts added here will sync once you connect to Supabase in a future update. Passwords are not sent to any server.

How to add a new staff member

  1. Click “Add Account” above and fill in their name, email and a temporary password
  2. Set their clinical role (e.g. Paramedic) and any additional roles (e.g. Governance)
  3. Share their email + temporary password with them — they can change it on their device later
  4. They log in at ockham.opscom.co.uk using those credentials

⚠ Note: accounts added here are stored on THIS device only. All staff should add accounts from the same device (or a shared admin tablet), until Supabase sync is enabled.
