Contingency Plans

Declare MCI to stadium control. RRV redirects to scene. MP2 (closest to away end) dispatches second crew. MTC activated as treatment area. 999 request minimum 2 ALS resources.
Pyrotechnic deployment — smoke / flare
All staff withdraw upwind immediately. Do NOT enter affected area until scene declared safe by police. Stand by at Gate D RVP. If casualties visible: declare CBRN precaution to stadium control, await FRS.
Crowd crush / crush injury at exit
Trigger MCI plan immediately. Block Gate D road for ambulance access. RRV to away end exit. All foot teams converge. Hospital pre-alert for multiple casualties. Request additional ambulances via 999.
Staff member incapacitated
Nearest crew to cover post. Notify Thomas Clarke (Gold) immediately. Do not leave post unattended; request cover before leaving. Log RIDDOR if injury sustained.
